Cake Pictures

I posted last week about cake decorating. I mentioned that my Mom used to make cakes for us growing up. I found some pictures of some of the cakes she made and thought I'd share them.. She was talented. Not sure if she makes cakes anymore, it would be awesome if she still did!

The doll cake I mentioned the other day. It was for my 13th bday

The cakes above were made by my mother over the years. Aren't they awesome. I hope to have her talent when I make the cakes I do for my family. While looking for the above pictures I came across some cakes I've made over the years that I didn't put in my last post.. Here they are below

I made this cake for my daughter's 3rd birthday. She had a 100 Dalmations themed bday

This is my youngest son's 3rd birthday cake. Well it's actually in a dumptruck. It's cake w/ gummies, rock candy in it. I made chocolate cake and crumbled it with the gummies and rock candy to look like dirt. I also added some chocolate pudding in to resemble mud.

Each of my children's 1st bday was Winnie the Pooh. This cake above is of my youngest's 1st bday. I whited out his name on the cake

My middle child, oldest son loved Spiderman when he was younger. This is his 4th bday cake I made him.
