Today is Workout Must Haves
My workout must haves..
1. Great music with the perfect beat to keep me moving
2. Water to hydrate
3. Good exercise shoes that are comfortable and don't cause blisters
4. A towel to wipe off the sweat. ( I sweat a LOT while working out)
