Onto Day 20 of the New Year Fitness Challenge
Today is Hydrate Me
 
I'm all about drinking water and getting hydrated, especially after a long run or hard workout. I'll be honest though, plain water is yuck. So for me to stay hydrated I drink lemon water.. It is so delicious and lemons are so healthy for you.

To make 4 QTS slice up two lemons (organic if possible) squeeze juice from lemon into water and throw in the peel just like below in the picture. Let steep overnight and drink away.
