New Home.. New Future

Things are going smoothly with our home purchase. Our little piece of country heaven. We had our home inspection back on Friday and things went well. Just two little items that the seller said they would get fixed so we are on track for our May 4th closing date!

Thought I would show our property in today's post. I pulled up to the west edge of the property line and am looking east towards the main road.

Now I am turning view towards the north as you can see in the bottom of photo is a private drive that goes to the property behind our property. This road is an easement on our property

I am now sitting at the property line looking Northeast. You can see the easement road that runs through our property

Here is our western property line. We have a nice piece of property just west of the easement road..

This is our view out the front of our home. Will never get tired of seeing this

Well for the next couple weeks it's all about packing, packing and more packing. I am taking vacation from work from April 21-29 and during that time will be doing some house updating on our current home so we can put the For Sale sign up by mid May. It's getting real. After 11 years in our current home it almost seems surreal that we have been able to acquire this beautiful home and property. It's been a dream of ours for sometime and now it's a reality. We are super excited and truly blessed by all of this!
