Point of Danger

About This Book

Radio talk show host Eve Reilly is used to backlash from her pot-stirring on-air commentary and interviews, but not it seems a disgruntled listener is resorting to more than angry words to express their displeasure. When a suspicious package arrives on her doorstep, Eve turns to law enforcement for help.

Police detective Brent Lange can't find any evidence to link the string of unsettling incidents that follows, but he's convinced they're connected. As the harassment grows more menacing, it becomes clear someone wants Eve's voice silence-permanently.

My Thoughts On This Book

Reading this in 2020 was like reading a memoir of the US. The storyline played so real to me because these things are going on in today's world. This story drew me in because Eve and I have similar passions with telling the truth about America and helping others see the importance of keeping us all free. I was pulled in from the first page with Eve having a bomb scare and the drama keeps going and slowly unfolding as you get deeper into the reasons behind who and why people or person are targeting Eve. When police detective Brent comes on scene to help find who did this, they start forming a bond outside of who is after Eve and you get to watch the emotions come to life. Putting pieces back in the puzzle as each new detail brings the whole picture to life. I couldn't put this book down. I can't wait to see what other books in this Code of Honor Series is about. I look forward to it.
