Matcha Tea Anyone?

I started drinking Matcha Tea during my gut protocol program this past month and fell in love with it as a replacement for my morning coffee. Did you know it has many health benefits?

It's easy to prepare a tasty drink...

1/4 tsp Matcha powder. ( I highly recommend Ceremonial Grade)
Capful of pure vanilla extract
4 ox milk of choice. I use Vanilla Oat Milk
2 tsp of raw honey
8-12 oz hot water

Stir with milk frother for best consistency.. ENJOY!
