ONE WORD 2026 | HEALTH

Another year is fast approaching and for me that is choosing my ONE WORD for 2026. This past year my word was MINDSET ( I will do a final post with my thoughts on that later in the month) This year, after spending it focusing on my mindset, I was being pulled to the word HEALTH.

Everywhere I turned, I saw the benefits and the importance of this word. Spiritually, Mentally and Physically. In the environment and relationships.

Spiritually | My #1 goal in 2026 is to be in the Word every single day because without Him, I am not internally healthy. If I am not right with God, then everything else I do doesn't matter. (I will showcase my plans for this in a coming post)
Mentally | To have mental health means to say no when I can and to prioritize rest, and focus on what's important. Church, Marriage, Family, my business and fun hobbies (those that help boost mental health)
Physically | This coming year my physical goals are gaining momentum from what I have accomplished so far in 2025. More weight lifting to gain more muscle and strength. Hiking as much as possible because I have a large Spring 2027 hiking goal that will be a physical challenge to accomplish so I want to be ready for that.
Environmental | This category is all about the toxins I want to eliminate or reduce as much as possible in my day to day lives that affect my health. I know I will come across them in the real world but I want to make sure my home, diet, food choices, beauty products etc. all line up with my health goals.
Relationships | This category is as important as any of the others because if you are in connection with negative relationships, this can and will affect your overall health in all the categories above. I am so blessed to have people in my life that support my choices and are there to help me on my journey. I have the most amazing husband that chooses to walk with me on our health journey and treats it as a priority alongside me and this makes meal prepping, joint physical activities and such easy to do because he's on board with it all.. It's a wonderful feeling when you have a truly supportive spouse.

I look forward to sharing my HEALTH journey in 2026. Hope you can glean some information, and help me along the way. I can use all the help I can get!!
