Strong & Centered | 12 Week Fitness Program


 I am embarking on a 90 day challenge to kick sugar and alongside this I am wanting a no nonsense plan in action to stay focused on my fitness portion. I have had these workouts for awhile and haven't even taken them out of the wrapping because I have been doing some streaming programs in the past.

I decided this is EXACTLY what I am needing right now. My plan is ALREADY in place for each days workouts where I just go downstairs to my workout room and press play on the designated workout.

 My goal in 2025 is to build lean muscles so any workout program that is packed with weights, I am in.. 

Jessica Smith has always made amazing walking videos and I love how she is incorporating free weights and a stepper to intensify and increase muscle building. As I age, I am no longer interested in jumping exercises because I am trying to preserve my knees and joints. This is one area I have been focusing on as I scaled back significantly last year on running and focused mainly on walking and hiking for my outdoor workouts.

I love old school DVD's so when there is an opportunity to purchase them, I will because I am not always near wifi and this guarantees that my product is mine forever, no questions. Her Lift and Shift program as far as I know is solely streamed but happy the rest of this workout plan is in DVD form.

The Lift and Shift program is the core of the 12 weeks, with the other DVD's built within each days workout.. It gives me two days a week to do other (on my own) workouts, such as hiking or walking or some form of cardio indoors if weather is bad..
