God Bless America Napkin Frame Tutorial

 Supplies Used 

•  5 x 7 opening Frame (I got mine at Hobby Lobby Clearance) 
• American Flag Napkins ( I got mine at Walmart) 
• Mod Podge | Brush 
• Chalk Paint Off White 
• God Bless America Hanger (Dollar Tree) 
• Ribbon of your choice (Mine was red, white, blue stars) 
• Hot Glue or your glue of choice
