E is for Exercise
A lot of American's are looking at 2014 as a year to get fit. What a great goal.... Over the years I've used different methods to workout. Many of those years I didn't have access to expensive equipment, Pinterest websites or gym memberships.

I'd like to share some tried and true workout videos that will give results for those just starting out or for those needing some cardio/weights on your alternate days you exercise. The ones below are the ones I've used and absolutely love. The best part, they don't cost much and can be found at your local Walmart.

If you are looking for low impact workout then you should try Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds videos.. All of them are awesome and in years past I lost my baby weight from these videos...
I'm at the point of my exercising where I need more miles/time for my workout so these 5 miles workouts are the best. What's great about Leslie's videos though, you can do 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 miles depending on how far you want to go. So don't let the #5 scare you..
