What a great time to share my review on this truly awesome cookbook.. As we end 2015 and begin 2016 now is a good time to rethink the way we eat and to take control of our weight and health. A great way to start is by taking a peak at this cookbook full of delicious and healthy recipes for the entire family. No special ingredients necessary. You can find all these basic ingredients at your local grocery store. If you are following the Trim Healthy Mama diet or just want to add some tasty meals to your lifestyle this cookbook is for you.

The recipes are not categorized by Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner. Following the Trim Healthy Mama guidelines they don't believe in setting a certain food for a certain time of day. If you want dessert for breakfast they say, then do it! Balance is the key to this lifestyle..
Beautifully illustrated and full of recipes your entire family will love and ask for again. Includes easy to read instructions and list of ingredients. Also includes serving sizes but doesn't include health information which I was a bit disappointed in. Since this is a healthy cookbook I was hoping to see Calories, Fat etc info and it doesn't have that for the recipes. If you are looking to count calories then this cookbook may not be for you.
This cookbook includes hundreds of recipes that will help you slim down while eating well. This is a companion cookbook to their book "Trim Healthy Mama Plan" but could easily be used independently which is how I'm using it. I have not followed their healthy lifestyle plan but love their delicious recipes. Try it out today!
